THE TRANSFER BOOKING IS NOT FULLY CONFIRMED UNTILL WE SEND YOU A TEXT/WRITTEN CONFIRMATION TO YOUR MOBILE NUMBER OR EMAIL. FOR FULL TRANSFER DETAIL UPON YOUR LANDING AT THE AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION.

If the client does not receive written confirmation by TEXT or EMAIL from us, then the transfer booking is considered invalid. This may occur due to an online technical fault, due to misinformation given by client's booking process and etc.

ANY delayed, cancelled and Rescheduled flights SHALL keep us informed BY TEXT OR CALL ONLY BEFORE 2 HOURS OF YOUR ACTUAL SCHEDULE ARRIVAL TIME. THE MAXIMUM WAITING TIME FOR US SHALL BE 60 MINUTES ONLY.

WE WILL CHARGE YOU IN FULL IF WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 60 MINUTES.

Full payment SHALL BE MADE BY CASH/CREDIT CARD ONLY at the time of ARRIVAL.
